Forge Aluminium Radiator For The Vw Golf Mk7 GTI/R

Forge Motorsport’s range of precision tuning parts for hot VWs continues to grow at an ever-more impressive rate, and the latest design to emerge is this stunning ‘OEM+’ radiator for the sharply styled VW Golf Mk7 GTI.

This new radiator is a vast improvement over the efficiency of the OEM part and uses a thicker core with greater thermal efficiency to improve the capacity of the car’s cooling system.

As you might expect from Forge, although the part is made to their usual motorsport quality, the radiator comes with black end tanks and a silver core to replicate the OEM look. Forge’s engineers have maximized the surface area and utilized a high efficiency radiator core with a unique flow enhancement to ensure that the coolant passes evenly across the core and that the area of restricted airflow (behind the crash bumper) is taken into account.

• The core is 40% thicker and holds 1.2 litres more coolant or 25 % more
• This is ideal for installation on tuned or competition vehicles, customers using their MK7 on track will see a noticeable benefit from this radiator.
• This unit is still compatible with vehicles fitted with air conditioning.

• When tested in extreme  heat and driving conditions the Forge radiator enabled coolant temperatures to remain consistent for longer periods than the OEM radiator.
