ANZO USA warrants its lighting to the original purchaser against manufacturing and design defects for one year from the date of purchase, with an extended two-year term on select products such as full LED headlights. The warranty is non-transferable and non-renewable. Water leakage under standard use, without modifications, is covered (ordinary condensation is normal and is not a leak). Not covered: installation errors, labor costs or vehicle downtime; normal wear and tear; misuse, neglect, accidents or natural disasters; unauthorized modifications; light-source modifications such as HID/LED conversions without adequate weather protection; water intrusion from extreme off-road use; and failure to apply sealing grease to the connectors. Claims need proof of purchase, photos or video showing the defect, and an authorized RMA number — claims without them are rejected. ANZO covers return shipping when a claim is opened within 30 days of delivery; after that the return shipping is the customer's.
