Bilstein 2021+ Mercedes-Benz S500/S580 B4 OE Replacement (Air) Monotube Strut - Front Right

The Bilstein 44-400224 B4 OE Replacement Air Suspension Strut is designed as a direct replacement for the front right factory air strut on select Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223 and Maybach models.

This complete air spring module combines an air spring with a Bilstein monotube gas-pressure shock absorber. It connects to the vehicle's original mounting points and electrical connections, allowing the factory ride characteristics and suspension performance to be restored without modification.
