Reduce bushing deflection, minimize wheelhop, and increase steering stability with a Total Suspension Bushing Kit from BMR Suspension. Polyurethane is a synthetic polymer that has many properties that make it far superior to OEM rubber bushings. Polyurethane deflects far less that soft rubber, and it doesn't breakdown from exposure to petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and other elements of the harsh undercar environment suspension bushings live in. BMR's Total Suspension Bushing Kit consists of the street version Rear Cradle Bushing Kit (BK020), Rear Suspension Bushing Kit (BK021), and Front Suspension Bushing Kit (BK022). The BMR Total Suspension Bushing Kit minimizes bushing deflection in all front and rear suspension links.
BMR's polyurethane differential bushings drastically increase differential stability over the factory rubber bushings. The bushings are molded from 68-durometer polyurethane, which reduced bushing deflection, while still absorbed road noise and engine vibrations. BMR's polyurethane cradle bushing inserts drastically increase cradle stability over the factory rubber bushings by filling the large voids in the factory bushings. This design reduces deflection and improves the overall feel of the car, while still absorbed road noise and engine vibrations. This allows you to increase performance without decreasing comfort. BMR Differential Bushings minimize power robbing differential movement by replacing the OE soft rubber bushings with high durometer 4-piece polyurethane bushings. The 68-durometer polyurethane bushings effectively minimize wheelhop without contributing to road noise or driveline vibrations.
Soft rubber trailing arm and upper control arm bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMR's polyurethane trailing arm and control arm bushings for Camaros and G8s are molded from low-deflection 95 and 70-durometer polyurethane. This design gives you a dramatic reduction in bushing deflection that greatly improves performance. Greasable polyurethane bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMR's bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. This efficient lubrication ensures quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings.
BMR's front lower control arm and steering rack mount bushings are manufactured from low-deflection 88-durometer polyurethane, the BMR lower control arm bushings minimize control arm deflection, helping to maintain consistent camber during aggressive handling maneuvers. BMR rack mount bushing minimizes steering rack movement, helping to maintain consistent toe during aggressive handling. Excessive rack mount bushing deflection can cause toe changes, resulting in erratic and inconsistent handling. BMR's polyurethane rack mount bushing reduces that deflection, allowing for more consistent toe setting. This reduction in deflection also allows for dramatically improved steering response and overall feel, allowing you to be more confident as a driver.

Manufacturer's Warranty โ BMR Suspension
BMR Suspension warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of sale. BMR's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product — reinstallation and other incidental costs are not covered — and warranty claims are limited to replacement or credit for returned merchandise. The warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, neglected, altered, damaged or improperly installed, and normal wear is not considered a defect. Impact damage and damage to powder coat are specifically excluded. An RMA is required for all warranty returns; replacement product ships at no charge via UPS Ground, and upgraded shipping is available at the customer's expense for the difference in cost. BMR products are designed for use with OEM and other BMR products — BMR does not warrant fitment with aftermarket products from other manufacturers, including suspension, exhaust, drivetrain or other aftermarket components; returns due to fitment issues with OEM or BMR products receive a full refund, while returns due to fitment issues with another manufacturer's aftermarket parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee. BMR also states that racing parts and equipment are used under varied conditions, that the suitability of any part for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision, and that BMR makes no warranties, express, implied or written, and that there is no warranty of merchantability; BMR reserves the right to change designs without obligation to modify previously manufactured units, and the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold BMR harmless from any claim arising from installation or use. Separately from warranty, non-warranty returns must be made within 90 days of shipment and carry a 15% restocking fee (shipping costs excluded): items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged are not accepted, everything must come back in its original packaging with an RMA and freight prepaid (collect shipments are refused), any scratch or damage is deducted at the cost to repair or re-powder coat, missing components are deducted at replacement cost, and special order items cannot be returned.
