Brembo warrants its aftermarket brake products to the original end-purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of delivery; this warranty is not transferable. Coverage applies to products purchased in the U.S. from an authorized seller, and Brembo will replace the defective product or refund the purchase price at its discretion. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, alteration, modification, accident, abuse, or neglect, nor use in racing, competition, off-road, or non-automotive (aviation, marine, or industrial) applications; noise, vibration, and harsh-riding characteristics are not considered defects. To make a claim, submit a written request within 30 days of discovering the defect with proof of purchase, photos, and supporting documentation; return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility, and all claims must be filed within two years plus 30 days of delivery.
