Camburg Engineering warrants its suspension products against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which they were originally installed, provided they are installed properly on the vehicle they were designed for. Non-wearable parts made by Camburg carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner under normal use and service. Wearable parts — including bushings, bump stops, rubber or plastic components, bearings, tie rod ends, uniballs, heim joints and ball joints — are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Coatings and finishes are covered for 12 months against structural corrosion and manufacturing defects; scratches, fading, surface corrosion and other cosmetic issues are not. Not covered: parts that have been altered; damage from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or accidents; products installed on commercial vehicles; any use during racing or competitive events; normal wear and tear; and costs other than the part itself, including labor, alignment, shipping and vehicle downtime. Parts in a kit that Camburg does not make, such as FOX or King shocks, are covered by that manufacturer’s own warranty. To make a claim, present the warranty certificate and proof of purchase to Camburg or to the seller you bought the part from, and return the original part in exchange for a new part of the same part number; each claim is decided case by case at Camburg’s discretion.
