DEI has expanded its award winning Flexible Heat Shields to include additional sizes and premium finishes. The upgraded construction builds on the strengths of existing DEI Shields but adds more rigidity with a cleaner look. Being flexible, these shields can be adjusted to fit a range of diameters. They work great as OEM replacements, over exhaust wrap, or even doubling up existing metal heat shields for the ultimate protection.

Each shield uses our reliable stainless standoff bracket and includes mounting hardware for easy installation. Current styles available include: Titanium Series (bronze with brushed trim), ONYX Series (black with brushed trim), and ONYX Series Double Black finish. These shields look the part on any motorcycle from cruisers to sport bikes. DEI (Design Engineering, Inc.) warrants its products to the original retail purchaser, with proof of purchase, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. If a product is found by DEI to be defective, DEI will, at its option, repair or replace it or refund the original purchase price. Not covered: damage or defects in the finish of a product; products that have been misused, damaged by accident or negligence, altered or modified, installed contrary to DEI’s installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility; and products installed on vehicles used for racing or competition. The warranty does not cover labor, removal, installation or reinstallation, freight or transportation charges, or incidental and consequential damages. Claims start with the place of purchase: return the product to where it was bought for a warranty determination within thirty (30) days of purchase. If the claim is not resolved there, DEI issues a Return Goods Authorization and the product is returned to DEI prepaid with the dated proof of purchase and a written description of the problem.
