HELLA warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year after retail purchase from an authorized HELLA dealer. If a HELLA product is suspected to be defective, contact HELLA customer support at hellasupport-us@forvia.com for warranty submission instructions. HELLA may ask for the product to be returned; the entire product must be sent back, not just the suspected defective part, together with a detailed written description of the failure. HELLA reviews the product and notifies you whether the claim is approved or rejected, and at its discretion replaces the product with an identical item if available or refunds the purchase price. If a claim is rejected, you have ten (10) working days from notification to request the product back, freight collect; otherwise it is discarded and no credit is issued. This limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
