HKS provides a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser of HKS products against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies to items bought from an authorized HKS seller — purchasing through an unauthorized seller may void the warranty — and a claim requires the original purchase order along with supporting photos, video, and claim details. Because HKS USA processes claims through the seller and its authorized distributor, if you bought it here, contact PitStopTuning and we'll file the claim with HKS for you rather than approaching HKS directly. HKS will repair or replace a product accepted under warranty at its discretion.
