2003-2012 Ram 2500/3500 2.5 Inch Stage 2 Suspension System is our performance system for the novice off road enthusiast. This system not only levels out the stance, it increases ride quality and performance both on and off road. The Stage 2 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, polyurethane bumpstops, sway bar, 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks, and our bearing style adjustable track bar. Remote reservoir shocks will extend performance of the kit by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation. The adjustable track bar with FK bearings not only improves rigidity over flexible factory joints, but offers adjustability to center the front axle under the truck. This performance system is great for towing, rough construction site terrains, and country dirt roads all while keeping a smooth highway feel. ICON Vehicle Dynamics sets warranty by product line. Shock absorbers carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects: a shock that fails within that first year of ownership must be shipped to ICON for inspection and service, and if inspection shows the failure came from neglect, damage caused by improper installation, or any reason other than normal wear and tear, the owner is responsible for all service costs including labor, parts and shipping. ICON's other components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Two joint products have their own terms: the ICON Delta Joint carries a five-year warranty and a defective joint is replaced only if the warranty registration was completed within 30 days of purchase (iconvehicledynamics.com/deltajointreg), while the Delta Joint Pro carries one year from the date of purchase — neither applies to a joint used with a non-ICON suspension system, and an unregistered Delta Joint is not covered. Coverage runs to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle the product was originally installed on and is not transferable. ICON's obligation is limited to repair or replacement at its discretion; removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded, and items subject to wear are not considered defective when worn. Components must be installed as a complete kit as shown in ICON's current application guide — any substitution or omission of required components voids the warranty immediately. Also not covered: finish, alterations, modifications, installation contrary to ICON's instructions, finish damage that occurs during shipping, race or competition use, and police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles. Sales outside the United States and Canada are excluded.
