ICON Alloys wheels carry their own warranty, separate from ICON's suspension terms. ICON Alloys warrants to the original retail purchaser that the wheel will be free from structural failure, under normal and intended use, for as long as that original purchaser owns it. Finishes are covered for a fixed term: chrome finish defects for one year and painted finish defects for two years from the original date of purchase. ICON Alloys repairs or replaces a qualifying wheel at its sole discretion and without charge; removal and installation expense is not included. Claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor the wheels were purchased from — so start with us and we will take it from there. The warranty is void if the product was damaged in transit or by misuse, accident or negligence; repaired, modified or altered by anyone other than ICON Alloys; used together with hardware or adapters other than those supplied by ICON Alloys; subjected to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, caustic cleaning chemicals, harsh car washes, adverse weather conditions or improper product care; or if the original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification. Transfer of title by the original purchaser voids the warranty. ICON Alloys disclaims all other express warranties and, to the extent the law of the state of sale and federal law allow, all implied warranties. Warning: to avoid possible risk of injury or death, wheel and tire must meet or exceed the proper vehicle load rating.
