All new Innovate Motorsports products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase; if proof of purchase cannot be provided, coverage is determined by the date of manufacture. Oxygen sensors are excluded from this warranty. Coverage is void if the product was modified or repaired in a manner not authorized by Innovate in writing, if its identification markings were removed, defaced, or altered, or if it was subjected to accident, abuse, shipping damage, improper use, use or configuration other than as specified in the product manual, or operating conditions more severe than the manual specifies. Claims run through Innovate Customer Support under a return material authorization (RMA); no Innovate dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.
