Invidia USA offers a one-year warranty on all of its products, covering structural welds, mufflers and their internals, cracks and manufacturing defects. To open a claim you provide the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer and photographic or video evidence; once the claim is approved Invidia issues an RMA number, and any return without an RMA number is treated as invalid. All Invidia products must be installed by a qualified professional, and approved items are shipped back to Invidia USA at the owner's expense — Invidia inspects the part and repairs or replaces it at its own discretion, and replacement parts are not sent until the original has been received. Inspect the product before installing it: fitment issues or an attempt to return a used item void the warranty, so if a part does not fit on the first installation do not use it — photograph or film it and e-mail the evidence with your receipt to sales@jetworld.com. The warranty applies to purchases made within the United States; international purchases are not covered, although Invidia will help resolve issues where it can, with return and outbound shipping, customs duties and taxes at the customer's cost. Transportation costs, labor and installation charges, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
