Kartboy states that all Kartboy products are produced in the USA and carry a limited lifetime warranty. Claims are made directly to Kartboy at kb@kartboy.com with a copy of the sales receipt, and Kartboy reviews each case individually. Kartboy publishes no separate list of exclusions; normal wear, improper installation, misuse, and competition use are not covered as a matter of ordinary warranty practice. Returns of unused product are handled under Kartboy's separate return policy (15 days from invoice, RMA required, 15% restocking fee).
