This is the AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G fuel system for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This replaces the factory frame rail fuel pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction line on the frame rail. The pressure side connects to the factory feed line to the injection pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a return "Y" that ties the AirDog return to the factory engine return. This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks.

The warranty must be registered with PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt; unregistered products are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are excluded.

PureFlow AirDog I, AirDog II and Raptor fuel systems are covered by the manufacturer’s Lifetime Limited Express Warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty card and a copy of the original sales receipt must be submitted to PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase; unregistered systems are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are not covered, and labor is not included. Warranty claims are handled directly by PureFlow AirDog: call their technical support first, and the product is returned prepaid for testing. DieselRX glow plugs, filters and accessories are not covered by the system warranty.
