This is the AirDog II-5G DF-100 fuel system for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction line on the frame rail. The pressure side connects to the factory supply line on the frame rail. This fuel pump completely bypasses the factory fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a return "Y" that splices the AirDog return into the factory engine return. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks.

Filters and water separators are excluded.

PureFlow AirDog I, AirDog II and Raptor fuel systems are covered by the manufacturer’s Lifetime Limited Express Warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty card and a copy of the original sales receipt must be submitted to PureFlow AirDog within 30 days of purchase; unregistered systems are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Filters and water separators are not covered, and labor is not included. Warranty claims are handled directly by PureFlow AirDog: call their technical support first, and the product is returned prepaid for testing. DieselRX glow plugs, filters and accessories are not covered by the system warranty.
