Manufacturer's Warranty — Rancho
Rancho backs most of its catalog with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — quickLIFT, RS9000XL shocks and struts, RS7MT shocks and struts, RS5000 steering stabilizers, RS5000X shocks, and Light Truck Suspension Components — against defects in material and workmanship (finish excluded), for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle the part was first installed on and it remains installed on that vehicle. RS9000XL extended-length shocks (RS999028, RS999012, RS999034 and RS999036) carry a 90-day limited warranty instead. DRiV's obligation is limited to replacement with an equivalent product: removal and installation costs are not included, incidental and consequential damages are excluded, and the warranty has no cash value. A claim is made by returning the defective part with your receipt to the original place of purchase — so if you bought it here, contact PitStopTuning and we'll file the claim for you rather than approaching Rancho directly.
Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may change. Contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.
