Claims are made through the dealer the wheel was purchased from, with proof of purchase; repair or replacement is at the dealer's discretion, up to the original purchase price, and does not include removal, installation, or shipping. The warranty does not cover road damage, accidents, racing, improper maintenance or mounting, modification or custom refinishing, excessive loads, incorrect tire sizes, or operation on a vehicle that exceeds the load rating of the wheel.

Manufacturer's Warranty — Ridler Wheels
Ridler Wheels are covered by the limited warranty of The Wheel Group, which makes them, against defects in workmanship and materials under normal and intended use. The warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser and ends if the wheels are sold or transferred. Structural: a lifetime structural warranty for the life of the product. Finish: painted, chrome plated, PVD and clear coated finishes are covered for twelve (12) months from the date of retail purchase. Polished aluminum and uncoated or raw finishes are not covered by the finish warranty — they oxidize and need regular care — and surface rust, pitting or discoloration caused by improper maintenance is not covered on any finish. Not covered: damage from road conditions, road hazards or an accident; racing, abuse or other improper use; neglect or adverse weather; wheels that have been altered, powder coated, painted or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer; improper mounting, excessive vehicle loads or incorrect tire sizes; use on a vehicle whose load rating exceeds the wheel’s load rating; and accessories or adapters that were not supplied or approved by the manufacturer. Claims are made through the dealer the wheel was purchased from: return the wheel for visual inspection with a copy of the original proof of purchase, and if it is found to be covered it is repaired or replaced at the dealer’s discretion, up to the original purchase price. Repair or replacement does not include removal, installation or shipping, and a replacement wheel carries the remainder of the original warranty.
