Rock Slide Engineering for 2026-2027 Jeep JL 4 Door Step Sliders 3rd Gen

Rock-Slide Engineering, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that the structural components of the Step Sliders are free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, and that the finish (powder coat) and the mechanical and electrical components, including the motor, are free of defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. The warranty is void if the product was not purchased directly from Rock Slide Engineering or from an authorised retailer or reseller, and it applies only to the product as originally installed on the original vehicle; removal and reinstallation of the product are not covered. To open a claim the original purchaser must contact Rock Slide Engineering's warranty department and supply proof of purchase and date of purchase acceptable to RSE, then return the defective product with a description of the problem, a copy of the original purchase receipt, the original bill of sale and full contact details. On a valid claim RSE will repair or replace the product at its option, and may refund the purchase price at its sole discretion; the original purchaser prepays all shipping and transportation charges. RSE notes that the product may change without notice and that it has no obligation to upgrade or modify an older generation product. The warranty is void in its entirety if the installation was modified, changed, altered or customised, or if the product was used other than as instructed; installing the product without strictly following the installation instructions voids it, and installation must be on the proper vehicle. This is the only warranty covering the product — no other warranty exists, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — and no retailer, reseller, dealer, agent or employee is authorised to modify or extend it. RSE is not liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and any damages are limited to the retail price of the product. The original purchaser is responsible for determining that the product is suitable for its intended use before using it.
