Constructed from our renowned High-Density Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLHDPE), they offer unmatched durability, surpassing any other fuel tank on the market. The Gen 7 tanks boast three innovative new features to maximize versatility. A fast fill vent kit for hassle free fueling at high-flow truck stop pumps, a universal pickup tube compatible with high-pressure fuel systems, and a transfer pump kit, allowing you to conveniently fuel other vehicles directly from your XXL replacement tank. These kits are optional and sold separately. The 52 Gallon Extra Capacity Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank is designed specifically for 2025+ Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 pickups with Crew Cabs, short beds, and Cummins engines.
Key Features
- The TITAN tank is 21 gallons larger at 52 gallons. The stock tank is only 31 gallons.
- Will not interfere with powered steps, air bag systems and most other accessories.
- Our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks are designed to use your truck's stock/OE sending unit. However, our tanks are compatible with Fleece, AirDog, FASS, etc.
- Not for use on the trucks that were ordered from the factory with the optional 48/50 gallon RAM tank.
- This tank does NOT fit cab & chassis models. It is ONLY for use on trucks with traditional pick-up truck short beds.

Manufacturer's Warranty — Titan Fuel Tanks
Titan publishes a Lifetime Warranty on its fuel tanks: TITAN states that all Titan fuel tanks are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, and its published policy warrants the tank body against corrosion for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle — original purchaser only and non-transferable. Components TITAN does not manufacture — caps, gauges, fittings, brackets, pumps, hoses and valves — are covered for one (1) year, and electronic components for 180 days. Coverage excludes anyone other than the original purchaser, installation on a vehicle the tank was not designed for, damage from outside causes such as improper installation, acts of God, puncture or accident, and the introduction of any fuel or chemical outside the product specification. No merchandise may be returned without TITAN's prior written consent. Returns that fall outside the warranty carry a 20% restocking charge, the customer prepays freight to the location TITAN specifies, and any item that has been installed or has had fuel introduced into it cannot be returned; credit is issued only after TITAN receives the merchandise and inspects it in pristine condition.
