Torque Solution Short Shift Weight was designed to rid your Mazdaspeed of that heavy oem counter weight. By reducing the weight by more than 75% this will give your shifter a direct feel. This also allows for more engine bay room for aftermarket intercoolers that have fitment issues with the stock oversized weight. Our system will give you a more positive and direct feel
when shifting gears when paired with our Short Shift Plate system. The lightened weight will also allow for faster shifts.

Torque Solution states a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its manufactured billet aluminum and polyurethane parts — engine, transmission and differential mounts, shifter and suspension bushings, blow off valve adapters, exhaust hangers, flanges and fittings. Its electronic parts (Fast Response IAT sensors and PNP speed-density adapter harnesses) carry a 1-year warranty instead. Wear and consumable items — turbo blankets, intake gaskets, exhaust wrap and heat tape — are sold without a stated warranty term. Coverage applies to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects; check the individual product listing for the term that applies to that part.
